How long does it take for my account to be setup?

Once you have submitted our request form, one of our internet consultants will contact you to complete the set up process.

Generally, your account will be up and running within a couple of business days.


Why do I have to go through a consultant?

Firstly, we are very cautious about spam and we require the manual step to ensure that our users are serious and also willing to agree to our anti-spam policy.

Second, we want to help you get a design for your emails on Expert Mailer and working directly with you and your team is the best way to get you up and running quickly.

We apologise that we cannot provide instant setup, but our team of internet consultants are ready to assist you when request an account.


What about support?

Expert Mailer has a great deal of helpful information built into the system, this is accessible through the help button at the upper right corner of the web interface when you are inside your account.

How does Expert Mailer integrate with my website?

There are two main ways. Firstly, you can place simple forms on your website to allow visitors to subscribe to your email lists. Second, you can automatically display all of your past email newsletters so that website visitors can see them.

This display is handled automatically no need to stress.


Can my newsletter look like my website?

Of course. We can help you build a template that with reflect the look and feel of your site and corporate identity. We have a dedicated and experienced design team that can help you through evry stage of the build process.
